With 48 hours to go before the match against Ghana, the Lions are fine tuning their preparation ahead of this key match in which they can secure qualification for the knockout phase of the tournament. 21 players took part in this one hour training led by manager Clarence Seedorf, with the notable exception of captain Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, who trained individually. Training in his tennis shoes, he was under the watch of the team’s training staff. The reason for his absence from team drills was not yet revealed by team staff.
